TOPIC: Conscious Eating, What does that mean? How can you do it? How will it help your life?

Do you ever find yourself eating some delicious snack and before you know it, you have eaten it all? Do you feel that you just can’t seem to control what you are putting in your mouth? This workshop will define what conscious eating is, look into how we can change these habits, and how you can get started being a conscious eater today. Conscious or Mindful eating has been shown to promote weight loss, reduce binge eating and helps you feel better.
